Fox Human Capital is assisting a Multinational Solar Energy Company for an HRBP Specialist/Coordinator position based in São Paulo.

Responsibilities:

:: Strategic Consulting Acts as a strategic partner for business areas, understanding their needs and proposing HR solutions that support the achievement of organizational goals;
:: Recruitment and Selection Ensures that recruitment and selection policies and processes meet the demands of the areas

:: Performance Management Facilitates the performance management process, supporting leaders in setting goals and providing continuous feedback, ensuring that employees are aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization;
:: Compensation and Benefits Ensures that compensation and benefits policies and strategies are aligned with the market, promoting competitiveness and retaining top talent;
:: Engagement Programs Ensures that actions from VOX and other related initiatives are implemented satisfactorily as a way to increase team satisfaction and commitment;
:: Analysis, Reports, and TechnologyFacilitates the integration of new technologies and HR tools, ensuring that processes are agile and aligned with best market practices;
:: Compliance and Policies Ensures that HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements: 

:: Previous experience as an HRBP in companies of a similar nature
:: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Law or related field
:: Advanced English
:: Advanced Excel
:: Proactive, dynamic, analytical and with excellent communication
