Sales Manager

Fox Human Capital is supporting a multinational O&G infrastructure solutions company for a Sales Manager position.

Responsibilities:
:: Identify potential clients and projects.
:: Obtain market information and assess key trends.
:: Visit clients regularly following company guidelines and propose new products.
:: Plan and advertise exhibitions and promotional activities with Regional Marketing.
:: Identify, analyze, neutralize, and ensure personalized inquiries.
:: Provide recommendations for pre-qualification and bidding.
:: Maintain current relationships, develop new ones, and follow up with clients.

Requirements:
:: Professional graduated in Engineering.
:: Advanced English
:: Strong experience in Sales and Negotiations developed within the Oil and Gas sector.
:: Experience in Business Development
:: Relevant Oil and Gas market knowledge.
:: Orientation to commercial process: CRM, sales planning, account management, among others.
:: Availability to travel.
:: Technical, Commercial, Customer Orientation, Negotiation and Persuasion skills.
:: Work team oriented, social and leadership skills compatible with the company’s core values.

Hybrid work model in Rio de Janeiro.
