The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will serve as a strategic business partner to the executive team, overseeing all financial operations while driving performance, accountability, and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

:: Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy

Ideal Profile

:: 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience

:: Prior CFO or VP Finance experience in a mid-to-large organization

:: Proven track record in capital markets, M&A, or rapid growth environments

:: CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred

:: Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
