Fox Human Capital US is assisting one of the main financial market infrastructure companies in the world, in Chicago, in their search for an Associate Relationship Manager. It is very important to have knowledge of the Brazilian market for this vacancy.

Responsibilities:

:: Covering North American Institutional Clients such as Financial Institutions, Proprietary Trading Groups, Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Banks, FCMs, Broker Dealers, and FMIs.
:: Primary contact for clients, maintaining strong client relationships through written, verbal, and in-person interactions.
:: Advocate for the company, leading efforts to expand, grow, and diversify relationships with clients.
::Map potential North American clients, guide them through the onboarding process in the Brazilian market.
::Assist Products and Operations Teams, including client meeting preparations and custom presentations.
:: Collaborate with specialists from various areas, fostering teamwork and joint projects.
:: Benchmark and liaise with other Stock Exchanges in the US and Canada.
:: Promote Brazilian markets in the US & Canada through relevant events.
:: Stay updated on industry news, conferences, and seminars.
:: Gather and share client feedback to enhance the client experience.
:: Maintain a high level of product expertise.
:: Keep relevant parties informed about client needs and developments.
:: Understand and articulate legal and regulatory issues to clients.
:: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of activities.

Requirements:

:: Fluent in Portuguese and English
:: Bachelor’s Degree required (finance, management or Economics related preferable).
:: 3+ years of experience in the Brazilian capital market or related roles.
:: 3+ years of experience in Institutional Client Relationship Management.
:: Excellent verbal presentation skills and written communication skills.
:: Ability and willingness to travel.
:: Creative thinker with the ability to operate autonomously while working in broad team dynamics.
:: Demonstrably a team player with a track record consistent with collaboration behavior.
:: Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
