Contract Structure: Full-time position with Base salary + Commission per sales. Location: Houston.
Requirements:
:: 10+ years of experience in complex B2B sales within the Software and Digital Technologies market for large companies in the Oil and Gas, Energy and heavy industry segments. Experience selling to major IOCs or equivalent executive experience in the Software and Digital Technologies divisions of these companies is preferred.
:: Experience in business models such as SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and similar based on Cloud Computing is preferred.
:: Demonstrated ability to sell at the senior management and executive levels, focusing on business outcomes and showcasing the tangible economic value of solution offerings.
:: Business-level fluency to read, write, and speak in English (desired Spanish).
:: Availability for travel (National and International).
Responsibilities:
:: Present company solutions and conduct technical visits with pre-sales resources to understand customer needs and challenges in sizing new proposals and projects.
:: Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients.
:: Commercial and strategic alignment with segment/commercial leader.
:: Develop commercial intelligence, active prospecting strategies and identify new key accounts to increase participation and drive new sales, new customers with aggressive market share growth.
:: Take leadership to identify customer business needs, match with Company’s solutions, build customer value proposition, build opportunity business case, support the preparation of generating commercial proposals, to negotiate pricing agreements, manage contracts review and signature.
