Fox Human Capital is advising a Venture capital company that deploys marketing, advertising, and lending to growth stage e-commerce brands seeking a CFO, full-time or part-time (remote/Miami, FL).

Responsibilities:
:: Hand all the financing setup, maintenance, and strategy of the company and its acquisitions’ finances
:: Set up a master QuickBooks and onboard every acquisition into that master
:: Create a master chart of accounts, and show the individual accounts on each business how to input.
:: Audit companies
:: Be able to properly reconcile taxes, expenses, payroll, etc.
:: Financial reports to investors.

Requirements:
:: Detailed-oriented and proactive.
:: Ability to negotiate with different countries
:: Fluent in English and Spanish
