Fox Human Capital is assisting a global Manufacturing company on the search for a Chief Accounting Manager. This person will be based in Columbus, GA.

Responsibilities:
:: Ensure the reliability of the company accounting system to the stakeholders (auditors, local Authorities, etc.), by ensuring the knowledge of accounting principles;
:: Manage and direct finance and cross funtional teams;
:: Build and maintain an effective relationship with Corporate;
:: Prepare financial statements based on local and also international accounting principles, in compliance with statutory requirements;
:: Coordinate and prepare balance sheet and account reconciliations;
:: Prepare and provide to Corporate monthly financial reports based on the Group accounting principles using the internal tools (SAP/HF);
:: Prepare Tax and legal reporting;
:: Prepare financial auditing, risk analysis and cash control;
:: Manage Local trasury and banks operations.

Qualifications:
:: Bachelor in Accounting;
:: More than 5 years experience with Financial Accounting and Reporting, CPA, CMA, CGMA or equivalent
:: Experience with IFRS and US GAAP
:: Experience with balance sheets and account reconciliations
:: Experience with external auditing from the company side
