Fox Human Capital is conducting a confidential executive search on behalf of a prominent organization based in Florida. Our client is looking for a forward-thinking Chief Human Resources Officer to lead their people strategy during a critical period of organizational growth and transformation.

The Role

The CHRO will report to the CEO and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for designing and executing a people strategy that attracts, develops, and retains top talent — while fostering a culture of performance, inclusion, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

:: Define and execute the organization’s human capital strategy aligned with business goals

:: Oversee talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and retention

:: Champion a strong organizational culture and employee engagement

:: Lead transformation initiatives including workforce planning and change management

:: Partner with the C-suite to navigate organizational design and restructuring

:: Ensure HR compliance across US federal and state regulations

:: Leverage people analytics and HR technology to inform decision-making

Ideal Profile

:: 15+ years of HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years at the C-suite or VP level

:: Demonstrated success leading HR through periods of growth, M&A, or transformation

:: Deep expertise in talent strategy, organizational design, and culture building

:: Experience with AI-driven HR tools and modern workforce analytics is a plus

:: Strong executive presence and the ability to influence at the board level

:: MBA or Master’s in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred
