:: Must have a US work permit
:: Drive yearly Budget process with local operations and prepare reporting packages;
:: Lead cross-functional projects;
:: Develop and improve financial processes (ie.: s: Finance reporting tools, Management reporting tools, budgeting);
:: Assist with management reporting (regional and segment P&L’s) and communicate results to managers.
:: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
:: Solid experience developing forecasts & operating plans and leading business / finance reviews.
:: Fluency in English / Spanish
:: Experience in performing valuations for merger and acquisitions.
:: Background leading cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function involving process improvement;
:: Solid experience with financial systems/applications (preferably: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, etc.), strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup, and Macros)
:: Basic understanding of financial compliance: SOX, IFRS, USGAAP
