Fox Human Capital is advising a global logistics company seeking a Head of Finance to work at their office in New Jersey or North Carolina.
Responsibilities
:: Deeply understand the company’s vision, the business directions and what financial decisions are key to ensuring the business development in a capital-efficient manner;
:: Direct and oversee the company’s accounting department, which includes accounting operations, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and tax preparation;
:: Lead and direct the accounting team in the development, implementation, and oversight of company-wide accounting policies and systems, consistent with US GAAP;
:: Serve as a strategic business partner cross-functionally, providing data and insights to drive growth;
Qualifications:
:: BS in Accounting or Finance;
:: 5+ years’ experience in senior finance leadership;
:: 15+ years of experience in accounting/finance, ideally in a logistics company;
:: Strong business and financial acumen with effective decision making;
:: CPA certification preferred.
