Fox Human Capital is hiring for its internal Headhunter team in the US. Remote US.

Job Mission:

Transform people's lives based on market mapping with the aim of filling open positions with Fox clients. Develop genuinely true and long-term relationships in order to build bridges between our customers and Fox.

Responsibilities
:: Align the vacancy profile with the area manager to document the requirements and objectives of the tasks;
:: Recruit candidates, using internal and external means of communication, in order to capture resumes for screening;
:: Evaluate the candidates' knowledge, skills, technical aptitudes, experience and other relevant items, mapping the profile and preparing reports;
:: Manage the recruitment process from the interview stage to the adaptation period within the company (onboarding);
:: Management of the individual job portfolio;
:: Negotiate salaries and benefits so that both parties are satisfied;
:: Maintain contact with customer bases;
:: Networking in order to build relationships that can later be transformed into business development opportunities;
:: Conduct prospecting and commercial visits to close new deals;
:: Carry out other activities related to those described above.

Mandatory Skills:
:: Higher Education;
:: 1 year experience in the position;
:: Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, based on competences, stress, etc.);
:: Knowledge of Office Package;
:: Interpersonal relationship;
:: Ease of Communication; Organization; Discretion; Analytical ability to anticipate demands; Empathy; English.

:: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong decision-making skills;
:: Negotiation and Persuasion Capacity;
