Fox Human Capital is assisting a global R&D technology company inside the Agribusiness sector on the search for an HR Manager. This person will be based in the Urbana-Champaign territory, in Illinois.

Responsibilities:
:: Implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local laws and regulations, as well as company values and objectives.
:: Serve as a liaison between management and employees, providing advice and support on HR Operations, Recruitment, Training & Development teams, supporting all USA Leaders and HRBPs.
:: Provide support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.

Qualifications:
:: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
:: A minimum of three years of human resource management experience required.
:: Background in manufacturing companies or operations highly desired.
:: Experience with HR operations, talent acquisition and development highly desired.
:: Experience with employee relations and HSE desired.
:: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP desired.
:: Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions is a plus.
