Fox Human Capital US is assisting a global company of electronics and engineering businesses in the search for a Human Resources Manager in Virginia (on-site).
Responsibilities:
:: Manage the entire HR function for two different entities including, but not limited to, legal and regulatory compliance, employee relations, staffing, performance management, health & safety, training & development, compensation & benefits, payroll, and records management
:: Coach, counsel and guide employees at all levels of the organization on policies, employee relations, investigations, performance management, benefits, workplace accommodations and leaves of absences
:: Manage the recruiting process
:: Manage employee benefit programs including Health Insurance and Leave Programs including implantation, analysis, regulatory compliance reporting and maintenance
:: Manage compensation and benefits philosophy, strategy and related program implementation
:: Responsible for implantation and updates of HRIS and payroll database changes, data and reporting
:: Evaluate, define and respond to requests for information or reports from management as well as outside regulatory agencies
:: Develop and track HR analytics, evaluate and identify issues, analyze data for trends & solutions and make recommendations for corrective action and process improvement
:: Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations
Requirements:
:: 5+ years of experience in HR, with experience managing multiple entities
:: Strong working knowledge of principles, practices and trends of human resources
:: Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio.
:: Latin experience is a plus
