Fox Human Capital is assisting an information management and digital services company in the search for an Internal Audit Manager. This person needs to be based in Brazil (SP), Colombia, Peru, Mexico, or Costa Rica.

Responsibilities:

:: Lead internal audits to assess effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting;
:: Lead and conduct Financial, Operational, and Integrated audits on a risk based methodology;
:: Work with management to mitigate risks where possible;
:: Advises and assists management on specific risk/control issues.

Qualifications:

:: In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and SOX;
:: Background in a Big4 or Fortune 500 internal audit;
:: Fluency in both English and Spanish;
:: Willingness to travel up to 50% annually.
