Fox Human Capital is advising a leading processor of money transfer services seeking a Lead Software Engineer to work in a 100% remote position in the US.
Responsibilities
:: Lead a development team with clear and concise directions, succinct definitions of code standards, and outstanding communication skills;
:: Investigate read through, and become familiar with legacy code, primarily C# and T-SQL;
:: Providing clear instructions to the project team, clearly explaining how the software works to the customer, and being available to answer any questions that may arise using exceptional communication skills;
:: Coordinating successful bi-weekly releases in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum development environment.
:: Writing testable, scalable, and efficient code and leading code reviews.
Skill and Qualifications:
:: Working knowledge of current industry development processes (SDLC, Agile, SCRUM) and best practices;
:: Experience with Microsoft .NET technologies, specifically C#, .NET Core, Web API, WCF, and Entity Framework;
:: Experience with database development including relational database design, SQL, SQL Scripts, and ORMs;
:: Proficient understanding of design patterns and software architectural styles.
:: Working knowledge with modern SPA/PWA UX frameworks (React Js, Vue Js, Angular, Node Js)
