Fox Human Capital US is assisting a global company, leader in metal detection technologies in the search for a Market Development Manager, in Naperville (IL).

Responsibilities:

:: Monitor, develop and maintain the company’s digital marketing and social media presence across all relevant markets in the North America Region.
:: Assist in the process of how to identify, develop and maintain digital relationships with suitable brand and industry advocates across the North America (Canada & U.S.) territories.
:: Implement and localize global marketing strategies across key digital/physical platforms
:: Collaborate closely with e-commerce/Marketplace service Providers/Agencies locally and globally, and Global marketing team in optimizing content and content quality while maintaining brand guidelines.

Qualifications:
:: Degree in marketing, digital advertising & social media marketing
:: Experience in developing and maintaining online communities on behalf of brands
:: Experience in developing appropriate strategies to increase traffic to corporate and partner social media platforms
:: Familiarity with optimisation and organic growth development on key social media platforms including Facebook & Youtube.
:: Experience managing websites or e-commerce CMS (Desirable)
:: Demonstrated experience in Social Media content creation and digital marketing
:: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
:: Intermediate to advanced MS Office and other relevant software packages
:: Ability to interpret raw data, analyze and write reports for senior management
