Fox Human Capital is advising one of the largest Private Equity firms in the world seeking a Tax VP to work at their office in New York City, NY (Hybrid).

:: Must have a US work permit

Responsibilities:

:: Advising the firm on complex tax transactions for the Brazilian platform;
:: Be a key member of a transactional and asset management team across the unit;
:: Reviewing tax due diligence/structuring reports;
:: Advising on structuring investments and/or balance sheet;
:: Work closely with the investment team and the legal team.

Qualifications:

:: Background in international corporate tax in a Big4 accounting firm or an international law firm;
:: Strong track record in Brazilian and international tax advisory;
:: Ability to analyze complex scenarios quickly;
:: Private Equity funds experience.
