Fox Human Capital US is assisting Suzano, the world’s leading producer of eucalyptus pulp and one of Latin America’s largest paper producers, in the search for a Technical Customer Service Engineer in Fort Lauderdale, FL (hybrid).
*Must have a US work permit.
Responsibilities:
:: Collaborating with our North American customers, including tissue and paper manufacturers, printers, and distributors.
:: Work closely with various departments within our company both in South Florida and Brazil.
:: Actively engage with customers’ technical and purchasing teams.
:: Be a master of product knowledge, providing hands-on training to both internal and external customers.
:: Be a tech collaborator extraordinaire, working closely with customers on new product testing and bringing innovation to the table.
:: Be the go-to person for customer requests, providing them with all the information and documentation they need.
:: Be the champion of process documentation, improvement, and audits. ISO 9001, here we come!
:: Be the trusty sidekick to our commercial operations team, supporting them in activities like setting up Certificates of Analysis and establishing product allocation guidelines. Your superpowers of support will save the day!

Requirements:
:: A bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Paper Engineering, or relevant industrial experience.
:: Demonstrated passion for the pulp and paper industry.
:: High level of motivation and initiative.
:: Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
:: Excellent technical writing, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
:: Flexibility and willingness to travel within North America and Brazil at short notice.
:: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and PowerPoint applications.
